Initially we are making 'full conference' registrations available and later in the year will open up any available slots for single days/evening.

A dreams starts to become reality
The idea of running a sports coaching conference on health and well-being has been driven by a number of factors. Firstly, because there is a need for such conferences given all the pressures of modern life and the challenging role when working as a coach/instructor/teacher in sport. Secondly, there is a great deal of passion amongst the snowsport instructors based at the Chill Factore indoor snow dome so running a conference at the centre's conference facility was a logical choice. And thirdly, having completed my MSc Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) at Bucks New University last year this seemed a great way to not only take my own learning forward but to involve and bring together a great line up of speakers with a passion for sport and both mental and physical well-being of all involved. And to that end, both Shona and I have been truly humbled by the terrific response of the presenters who have agreed to be involved with this inaugural event. We have a wide range of sports represented by the speakers including, paddle sports, sailing, mountain biking, climbing, running/hiking and snowsports. And we still have one speaker slot to fill..
