Please note that this form is for 'full conference' registration, 8th to 10th of October 2021, which includes Friday evening, all day Saturday and all day Sunday.  On submission of this form an invoice will be sent to you for £25 (the deposit required to secure your place).  Please complete all fields below. 

You will be sent an invoice for the balance of £225 on the 1st of February 2021 at which point you will also be able to select sessions from the parallel programme on Saturday the 9th of October 2021.

Conference cancellation policy

  • Notification of cancellation should be sent to

  • Cancellation made before 8th of June 2021 will be charged a service fee of £50.00 GBP.

  • For cancellation made after 8th of June 2021 we regret that no refunds of conference registration fee can be made.

  • Tickets can be transferred/gifted to another person as long as we are notified of the change of name.
