Conditions of Sale
This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products
by Snowsport Recruitment Ltd. to you.
Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Snowsport
Recruitment Ltd., we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your
order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an
offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send
e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you
(the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete
at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any
products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch
Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that
contract.
Pricing and availability
"Our Price", as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate
rate.
If a products is found to be out of stock/unavailable at the time of
your order being received by us we will endeavour to notify you as soon
as possible regarding this and either offer an immediate refund, another
product or an expected delivery date for the product. The issue will be
resolved by your decision. Please note that dispatch estimates are just
that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied
upon as such.
When We Charge Your Card
Online facility - Your card will be charged when your order and
payment is made online. Any refunds due will be made, where possible, by
the same means of payment for your order.
If you have paid by cheque and we owe you a full or partial refund,
we will send a refund cheque for the correct amount.
Customs
When ordering goods from Snowsport Recruitment Ltd. for delivery
overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied
once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local
customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that
when ordering from Snowsport Recruitment Ltd., you are considered the
importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important
to us and we know that you care about how information about your order
is used and shared. We would like our international customers and
customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that
cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs
authorities.
Returns
At Snowsport Recruitment Ltd. we want to provide you with the best
possible customer service. If you need to return your goods please
ensure you follow the Returns Policy:
Any product can be returned for whatever reason for a refund
of the cost of the product as long as the product is returned in
its original condition. Please ensure that CD and DVD products
have unopened packaging and/or seals, unless the item is faulty.
You will be fully refunded, including return of Royal Mail
Registered Delivery costs for the UK and proof of posting from
Europe, for a product which is damaged, faulty or incorrectly
shipped or any circumstance that is in our error.
The product must be received by us and have been sent to us
within 30 days of receipt, at the address shown below:

This returns policy is separate and additional to your right to cancel.
Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory
cooling-off period of seven business days. All customers are entitled to
their statutory rights.
Your right to cancel
Should you proceed to order you will have the right to cancel for the
purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working
days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is
a UK statutory right and is separate and additional to our full returns
policy. This will apply to your order unless you order video or DVD
products and the item has been unsealed. Should you cancel the contract
we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods (not
delivery costs). You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the
goods, which means the goods must be unused.
How to cancel
To cancel a contract, please send in writing, a request to cancel the
contract, by fax or e-mail to the following address:

Please clearly state your order number, the date of purchase, your
name and contact details, the item you wish to cancel and the reason as
"cancellation of contract".
"Cancellation of contract" Please appropriately package the items with
the receipt and send it to us so that we receive it 10 working days
after it was delivered to you. The return address is:

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the
goods to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is
faulty. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for
collection of the item from you and charge our cost of collection to
you. When we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will
refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item to you as
soon we receive the product back, and within a maximum period of 30
days.
